Most demo estimates show 30 to 45 minutes, with prep time visible on each menu item.
Order tracking
Track order pages show order received, preparing, packed, out for delivery, and delivered states.
Delivery fee
Standard demo delivery is $3.99. Orders over $35 show free delivery in checkout.
Pickup timing
Pickup users can choose ASAP or a scheduled time. The checkout removes address fields when pickup is selected.
Late order help
Guests can use track order or contact support if an order is delayed. The support flow is a front-end demo.
